What to expect?
Born and raised in NYC, Joey is one of the only MILITARY CERTIFIED Master Trainers in NYC.
He graduated officers military academy, and served in army special forces for 7 years in combat as well as a Master Trainer.
He trained army soldiers to be the best physically and mentally. Now he offers 1 on 1 training session with his personal mix of core definition training, bootcamp & crossfit, and muscle strengthening and toning.
His motto is: “What’s difficult gets done, the impossible takes some time”.

Expect an approach of wholeness including mobility, strength, endurance, nutrition and psychological well being. Whether your goals are losing weight, toning, rehab, or running a personal best marathon; I know healthy movement can get you to where you want to be. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body. We will change your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness and health. I will not only show you correct physical exercise techniques, but I will show you how to exercise with determination and maintain motivation. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face.

I train my clients through specific periodized programming that has proven to work with not only myself and the athletes I have worked with, but with any person at any level. You will lift heavy, sweat a lot, become more flexible, push yourself past your own comfort zone, and discover a more confident version of yourself. Nutrition is KEY…A Strong body is built from the inside out. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. I will help you set goals and reach them. I don’t just show you how to do an exercise; I educate you in the areas of resistance training, cardiovascular endurance, and proper nutrition.
